CMO Group (and our associated brands, including Big Berry, Fitness Funnel, ListingBoost, Clickd, and Outsauced ) is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service. This includes protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients, and marketing. When a client engages with one of our purpose-built brands, client-facing account management and sales are handled by that specific brand. However, as all back-of-house, technical, creative, and operational work is managed by CMO Group , your data will be processed through our centralised internal systems.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways, including:

  • Interviews and introductory strategy calls.

  • Correspondence via telephone, email, or our websites.

  • When a proposal is sent and a client signs.

  • From third parties and publicly available sources.

While our internal systems are divided by brands, our staff and resources are shared to ensure seamless service delivery. Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances, including the following:

  • Internally across the CMO Group network to facilitate our centralised operational delivery.

  • Where required or authorised by Australian law.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. CMO Group will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.


7. Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable.
